

“My journey with yoga began in 2001 when I attended my first Ashtanga session in Ontario, Canada. Over the years, yoga has become a significant part of my life, helping me navigate life’s ups and downs. I’ve studied and am qualified in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Chair Yoga. I’ve also achieved certification as a Meditation Instructor.”

I am a fully qualified yoga teacher with a background in education, my love for teaching was my first step towards guiding others on the path to well-being. Over the years, my passion for yoga and meditation has deepened, inspiring me to build the Village Yoga Studio and Kim Fiona Yoga.
